The serial number can be found on the label placed on the last blade of the shutter inside. This number starts with S/N and has 16 digits.Ex: 12 825 638 001 001 78 (the first 2 digits correspond the year the shutter was commissioned)
Wired motors: The shutter motor is connected to an electrical socket by an electric cable. This same socket is connected to a wall switch.
Mains radio motors: Only the motor is connected to an electrical socket and the control is a radio transmitter (remote control).
A wide range of other motors are available (to order): stand-alone radio motors, hybrid radio motors, X3D radio motors for home automation, etc. If you have any doubts about the compatibility of your motor, we can help you confirm the references using your serial number, by sending us your request by e-mail to : contact.alupieces@gmail.com.
